In my yoga classes I combine asanas, pranayama and meditation to support and strengthen you holistically. Lessons individually tailored to your needs help you to improve your physical and mental condition and strengthen yourself. I will be happy to accompany you on your personal yoga path and, if you wish, create an individual exercise programme for you to do at home.
